About Me

Hi, my name is Ryan. I'm a 28-year-old web architect based in Santa Clara, CA and I specialize in building beautiful websites and intuitive user experiences.

In my spare time, I like to: take road trips, cheer on my sports teams, learn new skills, and solve puzzles.

I've always had a passion for technology, it wasn't until I launched Noteswap.com that the passion really grew into a career. The site essentially helps bring classmates and lecture notes together, and it has grown into a household name at my alma mata - LSU.

My Skillset

HTML/CSS

I have a great grasp of HTML/CSS, I'm a student of the industry and its best practices, and am a stickler for simple, clean code.
Javascript

Javascript & JQuery are tools I began using about 2 years ago. I have a great working skillset and working on JQuery "ninja" status.

The added functionality javascript provides is the icing on top for a well-designed site.
Photoshop

Photoshop is easily one of my biggest strengths. I've been using it for 7 years now and can whip around it very well.

My handle on Photoshop and the years of practice I have in web design help me turn out some pretty, eye-pleasing interfaces.
Illustrator

Web interfaces are definitely my forte but I'm also highly proficient with custom vector graphics.

I began using Illustrator heavily 2 years ago and have become very efficient with it. The tendency I have for simple designs helps me design effective, bold logos.
